As new parents, me and my wife were constantly digging through a bulky diaper bag while our baby cried, bottles spilled, and everything we needed right now was somehow buried at the bottom.

We tried finding a smaller bag — something clean, easy, fast — but nothing really worked. Everything was either too big, too cluttered, or just didn’t look good.

So we made our own.
