Refund Policy

At Nola, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at Info@nolamamas.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need a different color or if your item arrived damaged, contact us at support@nola.com and we will replace it at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it immediately.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

In those cases, we cover all shipping fees.
